Abstract Associates People

We have a full staff of processors, bookkeepers and receptionist, all of which are here to ensure smooth and complete services at every level. We strive in professionalism and educating you throughout the entire process.

Bill and Tammy Stull are the owners of Abstract Associates of Lancaster, Inc. since 1992. Bill is the CEO and oversees the business as well as conducts settlement closings. He has been active with investment properties, real estate developing and commercial revitalization. This hands on knowledge is a great asset for understanding owners needs beyond the closing table. Bill and his wife reside in southern Lancaster County with their two children. The family is very active in school and community activities.

Diane Herr joined the Abstract team in January 1998 and is a licensed title agent. She processes and conductssettlement closings and is our office manager. She resides with her husband Dave in southern Lancaster County. The family has always been priority with Diane and with three married children and grand children their lives remain busy and family oriented.

Tracy Rebman
Tracy Rebman joined the Abstract team in April 2000 and has been doing title searches since 1990. She is married to Terry and they reside in Manor Township with their two children. Tracy spends most of her time at the courthouse on our behalf doing title searching.

 

Shirl Schober
Shirl Schober joined us in 2002 and has been doing title searches since 1983. Shirl with her husband Don and daughter resides in southern Lancaster County. With her seasoned background, Shirl is a dazzling asset to our team.
