These are the all-inclusive title insurance rates for the member companies of the Title Insurance Rating Bureau of Pennsylvania as approved by the Pennsylvania Insurance Department. These rates became effective March 1, 1995, and were amended January 1, 2002. The state insurance commission controls rates that are charged for the specific liability amount (i.e., sales price of mortgage amount). The title insurance coverage has remained fairly uniform over the years.
